I am determined to help every candidate secure their perfect job by helping them to navigate the issues which may have hindered their interview performance in the past.

I am amazed how many CVs are a linear list of dates of the jobs they have had so far, with a few skills chucked in and a description of themselves as honest and hard working and then think that the same CV will cover all the jobs they are applying for. If they are lucky to get an interview they might have a cursory look at the company (or not) and wonder why they’re not successful. Would they sit an exam without revising? I sound scathing, but this is because it would only take a little time investment to change the odds towards success.

Out of work? Hating the job you are in? Getting a poor response to your CV? Getting the interviews but never the job? There have never been as many people applying for the same job as now. So now more than ever, the candidate has to invest in being prepared as this gives confidence, and confidence brings personal empowerment in self-belief.

I subscribe to the idea that ‘people buy people’, and my techniques for interview success will ensure that you are well prepared and that you sell yourself successfully. I will help you identify the employer’s needs and then match your experience and character to those requirements so they understand how you will add value to their business. You will breeze through tough questions, demonstrating the right attitude and commitment, and finally you will be in a position to employ subtle closing techniques that will leave them wanting to say ‘Yes’!

My recipe for interview success includes:
